1 Purpose: For homogenization treatment of cast aluminum bars, to eliminate casting stress, 

improve homogenization of all parts, and reduce compressive force.

2  Parameters: 
    2.1  Capacity:8-35 tons/furnace; 
    2.2  Applicable aluminum bar size: Φ73~Φ305; 
    2.3  Applicable temperature:560 ~585; 
    2.4 Fuel: diesel oil, LPG, LNG, raw producer gas;
    2.5Energy consumption:24~28 kg/ton aluminum (taking diesel oil for example); 
    2.6 Furnace temperature evenness: ±5.
