1.  Aluminum single billet heating furnace & hot log shear machine is a heating equipment combining with heating art, mechanism, 
auto control, hydraulic pressure, photoelectricity and temperature measure ment.

2. it is applicable to the production lines in an aluminium extrusion company, working 
in place with the extrusion presses.

3. it uses gas spraying to intensify heating. And other new techinology like preheating 

with afterheat, hydraulic pressure hear  cutting, noscrap cutting, etc. 

These all contribute to its features of fast heating, flexible, high efficiency, 

excellent automation, good operation  environment, low energy consumption, etc.
