Simple-type multi-billets heating furnace with hot log shear

reduce full-automatic control procedure and disposition, based on standard multi-billets heating furnace with hot log shear, with characteristics of  easy operation, power saving, especially suitable for the small-scale aluminium profile factory.

Specification:

1. Billet diameter: Φ80- Φ305 mm

2. Billet length: 6~8m (can be designed according to customers requirements)

3. Working temperature: 480~ 550

4. Heating fuel: oil, gas, coal

5. Cutting length:(minimum)300mm(can be adjusted to fit the extruder)

6. Precision for cutting: ±3mm

7. Preparation for production : 2~4 hour by gas,oil; 48 hours by coal
